Corporate Finance Education That Actually Works
We've spent years watching businesses struggle with financial training that sounds impressive but doesn't translate to real results. Our approach focuses on practical skills your teams can use immediately.
Built From Real Business Experience
After working with over 200 Australian companies since 2019, we noticed something. Most finance training programs teach theory but skip the messy reality of actual business decisions.
So we built something different. Our programs start with real scenarios your teams face every day – budget planning that actually gets used, cash flow analysis that prevents problems before they happen, and investment decisions that make sense for your specific industry.
The feedback has been encouraging. Companies report their teams feel more confident with financial data and make better informed decisions faster than before.
The People Behind Your Training
We believe learning works best when you know who you're learning from. Meet the team members who design and deliver our corporate programs.
Bjørn Andersen
Spent twelve years as CFO for mid-size manufacturing companies before joining our team. Bjørn designs training around the financial challenges he actually faced, not textbook examples.
Sienna MacLeod
Creates learning experiences that stick. Her background in corporate training and adult education helps transform complex financial concepts into practical skills teams can apply immediately.
Katarina Novak
Works directly with leadership teams to align financial training with business objectives. Her consulting background helps ensure programs deliver results that matter to your bottom line.
Finding The Right Fit For Your Team
Every business has different needs when it comes to finance training. Rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all solution, we spend time understanding your specific situation first.
What's your current situation?
Are you dealing with teams who avoid financial discussions, leadership wanting better budget planning, or new managers who need confidence with numbers? We start here.
What would success look like?
Some companies want faster month-end closes. Others need better investment decision processes. We design around your definition of improvement, not ours.
How does your team learn best?
Workshop-style sessions work well for some groups. Others prefer shorter, focused modules they can complete between meetings. We adapt to what actually works for your people.
What's realistic for your timeline?
Meaningful change takes time, but you probably can't spare months of disruption. We'll suggest a timeline that balances effectiveness with practical business needs.
What To Expect From Start To Finish
Most of our corporate programs run between 8-12 weeks, starting in September 2025. Here's how the process typically unfolds.
Discovery & Design
We spend 2-3 weeks understanding your team's current skills, specific challenges, and business objectives. Then we customize content and delivery methods.
Core Learning
The main training runs 6-8 weeks with weekly sessions. Teams work on real projects from your business, not generic case studies.
Implementation Support
We provide 30 days of follow-up support to help teams apply new skills to actual work situations and address any practical questions.
